During coaching, I work with you to understand your goals, needs, and challenges so we can create a plan together that gets you where you want to go. Coaching is a bit like working with a personal trainer--you'll be the one getting your reps in!

For companies who want to level-up their product managers and may not have the in-house expertise or bandwidth to do so.

Included​

  • Kickoff alignment session with manager and PM

  • Weekly 50-minute one-on-one coaching sessions

  • Monthly 30-minute check-in with manager to set goals & focus areas and to monitor progress.

  • Ongoing support outside of coaching sessions to answer questions and review & provide feedback on documentation.

Notes

  • 3-month minimum engagement

  • This can be expanded to include more hands-on hours of observation & collaboration as requested.

Individual PM Package

​

For Product Managers who want to level-up their skills or career.

  • 6 Weekly or bi-weekly 50-minute one-on-one coaching sessions

  • Ongoing support outside of coaching sessions to answer questions and review & provide feedback on documentation.

Notes

  • Purchased in sets of 6 sessions to ensure we have enough time to make progress. 

  • This is best for Product Managers who are employed, as hands-on practice with product management is the best way to learn.

Product Leader Package​

 

It can be lonely at the top! Sometimes leaders need someone they can be vulnerable with - ask the "dumb" questions, fill in the gaps of experience, try new ideas, or troubleshoot issues. That's where I can help!

  • Ongoing support outside of coaching sessions to answer questions and provide support
